We prefer to estimate over an hourly rate because each project will require a different trade or multiple trades to see through to completion. Which we feel delivers the best value to our customers.
Our detailed estimates do include material cost, purchasing and delivery.
Depending on the scope of work, size of project simple and availability of materials repairs range from 1-3 hrs, installations
1-5+days, Custom Woodworking 1-2 wks.
We do a follow up call 30 days after completion if the repair fails within the 30 days we will come back and repair it free.
Ball park figures can be given within a few hours, However, you can expect a more detailed estimate to take 24-48 hrs.
Ballpark figures do not require an onsite visit however detailed estimates for approval would require an onsite visit.
We try our best to work with our customers budgets. and satisfy vendor requests. Typically there are two payment installments the initial deposit approx.(50%) and balance upon completion of the repair. On smaller repairs payment is made upon completion of project.
We work closely with our customers through out the design process to determine which materials suit best. If there are specific materials/parts that you would prefer to use we will gladly source them for you.
